Hi, I’m Nicolette Stokes, the owner and creator behind The Tropical Charcuterie. Born and raised in the Bahamas, I bring a deep love for vibrant flavors, beautiful presentation, and meaningful gatherings into every board I create.
What started as a passion for curating visually stunning and thoughtfully paired spreads has grown into a brand centered around experience. I believe charcuterie should feel like more than just food, it should set the tone, spark conversation, and leave a lasting impression.
With a focus on quality, creativity, and detail, I take pride in designing each board to feel elevated, intentional, and uniquely inspired by my island roots.

Inspired by my daughter Nova’s journey as a pediatric cancer survivor, the Nova Bloom Board represents growth, resilience, and new beginnings.
